Crazy TD-12 Aux 2

A Gremlin seems to have taken residence in my TD-12; if i connect up the Aux 2 to any pad it changes the drum kits (vexpressions) around like crazy - when the pad is hit one kit jumps to another and back again, ending up on no. 50 - a novel effect but very irritating !

tried reloading kits, different pads/cymbals, could be it is shorting somewhere inside the module, any ideas what might be wrong?

this didn't work, but factory reset cleared this and a few other little bugs!
