  • Bag-End

    Hi Guys,

I know it's a bit of (vdrum) topic, but does anyone of you know 'Bag-End' speakers? http://www.bagend.com/
We (my band) are looking for a new PA-set and we are thinking of buying four S18E-C en two TA-5000C speakers.
    Thanks for your response.

    Groeten, Peter

Bag End cabinets are VERY nice pieces of gear, with rugged construction, good sound, and a funky Tolkien-derived name. Sometimes kinda pricey, but they do a great job. My brother used to have a Bag End bass cabinet that sounded totally huge.

Bag End is at the top of a very short list that includes, Meyer Sound Lab, Electrovoice Professional series and JBL Touring Series. Very very fine equipment.

we use four cabs in my band.2 have the 15" and horn and the others are 12" and horn, I think we also have some tens in storage.
set your EQ flat and they sound really full.
Been used a lot in 8 years and still going strong, in short BUY THEM.

                    My pleasure.
Ours have been pretty much abused and even been through a few downpours where we acually poured water out of them and they still work fine.
