    Spec wise, it's got better numbers (headroom, S/N...). It also has balanced signals insead of the unbalanced which you see on the 482 and 362. (Your TD-X utilizes unbalanced signals.) I think Szvook has commented on it before. You're going to have to convert your signal with a direct box, run it through some equipment with unbal in and bal out or something similar I should think.
