Designing/Making V-Session case need help!!!

Mars carries all that hardware stuff also. I just built a twelve space rack using thier stuff. I would also think 3/8 ply would be plenty. It will get awful heavy otherwise. You can double the thickness in places where the rack hardware goes to prevent any possible punch through if you think that would be a possibility.

I am in the process of designing a case that will fit my V-Pro kit turned Session with an SPD-11 with a Gibraltar rack. Does anyone know where I can find foam,handles, casters and corner pieces, or at least a brand name I can track down on the web. My basic plan now is a bottom section all foam for the electronics and a top section for the rack and hardware.(The way you tear it down and set it up) How thick should the plywood be? 1/2, 3/8 or 3/4. Any and all help or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
