  • Cymbal clamps

Can anyone tell me where to buy aditional cymbal stand clamps for my roland v-pro rack. I have found the clamps with the chrome arm attached for $75.00. I assumed that I could pick up JUST the black ABS part that attaches to the rack since I already have some boom arms. Any leads??
    Thanks

Actually, a much better option is the Gibraltar multiclamp (around $20) or the equivalent one from Sound Percussion for under $10.

*This* clamp is just what you're looking for! This all-metal clamp is much sturdier (better for cymbal arms!) and it also splits so you don't have to take your rack apart to add or remove it.

          drmoze,

That's really cool. Do you know if the Sound Percussion version will hold the toms too?

Drummer142, go with drmoze's sound percussion recommendation. The link I gave you is not clear if that is an opening type clamp, the picture is so poor, an how it goes on is most important.
