  • TDW-1 new vs. old???

I read on this site that there are 2 versions of the TDW-1....one for the new Vcymbals and one that does not support them. How can you tell the difference. I want to add one, but don't want to buy the wrong one. Also, what is the best price you have found. Thanks.

Look at the packaging. TDW-1 prices are around $279.

Paul, at the bottom of the vdrums home page, the card is offered at U.S.$269 (FYI).

The new ones have a red and white sticker on the box and the card labled "TDW-1 with V-Cymbal Control"

            Got mine from http://www.musiciansbuy.com/electronic_drum.htm#TDW1
for $259.00. These guys know what they are selling, not like most others who say yea they'll work with the V-Cymbals (about the old TDW-1).
