    I came across this kit tonight. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/ex/sh...978?pid=442190

    Any similirity between those pads and the Harts?

      Okay, but are the pads the same?

      Volkswagen makes cars for Skoda as well...

        Raffy85,

        The pads, hat and cymbals Ė are all Hart, series X. Might want to find out if the pads are doubly ply mesh heads or single ply.

        The set with the Alesis is similar to the Studio-AX set that is on Hartís web site Ė minus the 13-inch snare and one cymbal. I also donít think Hart sells any of their sets with double bass pedals, that is just for show.

          The heads on the DMPro kits are single ply...
          Wow...those really came down in price! They used to be almost $2K....

            Don't pay that much.
            Riksmusic.com has them for just over a grand. And shipping is free.

              I wasn't thinking of buying it. I'm happy w/the setup I've got. I just noticed it on the site.
