  • Roland TM6 pro discounted

I just got a new TM6 pro for $400 at Adorama camera. I have been looking into them for a couple of weeks and today they are $600 and under online.

Yeah at $800 they were definitely overpriced. I nabbed one at $600 a few months back and still felt that it was a little too pricey. At $400, that’s a pretty solid buy though...

I am pleased with it for $400. It will mainly be a click for band practices plus kick trigger and sound effects.

I see this as a nice complement to my ATV aD5 kit which I sometimes gig with.

I'm sensing these price drops are part of a Roland inventory sell-off in preparation for something better to show up at NAMM. Roland is definitely not aborting the hybrid market.

Based on the Roland timeline, we may see replacements for the 25 & 50... but I doubt the TM6 will see something after only 2 years.

Has anyone else gotten the $399 price recently? It looks like all retailers have lowered the posted price to $599 down from $799, but I haven't seen the $399 price anywhere.
