  • what triggers are better?

I'm using the basic yamaha dt-20 stick ons on a bass drum. Seems to work fine. Is it worth buying one that clips to the rim? I had the 90 dollar yamaha before and coudn't get it to work!

    What's the deal with these!

Depends on the application. They're all just 1 piezos, anyway,

Edge ones work best with mylar, centres one work best with mesh. Stickons can be used to taste.

digitalDrummer has reviewed pretty much every option out there, testing on mesh and mylar with a range of modules.
