  • SP 30 - Kit Chain

So I'm using the Roland SP 30, and I'm asking about the Kit Chain Function (that categorizes the drum kits to make it easier to find the appropriate set). How do you switch between the categories while making a loop? Whenever I turn the Kit Chain On it just allows me to choose from the most recent kit group I played if I am creating a loop. I want to be able to see the different categories like if I weren't creating a loop (by just moving the middle analog).

If I made this hard to understand please ask questions, (if you turn on the module, turn on kit chain, and use the middle analog you'll be able to go between different categories; however, doing this while the standby, or loop, is on does not open up anything.)

    Thank you guys.
