Hi all.
I play an expanded TD10 with an FD7 at a church periodically. Their regular drummer uses acoustic HH and cymbals but I prefer my electronic gear when I play.
When I have the FD7 fully depressed I get nice tight hat sounds. However something is ultra sensitive somewhere because ANY little movement of my foot causes the module to play a soft hat chick.
Normally not an issue except when we're in a soft music section or we're silent while a speaker is speaking.
Skimmed the manual bur didn't see any detailed hat setup.
Did a quick search here and found a couple of threads that specifically mentioned to make sure to be off the pedal while the module boots up.
I went to the trigger setup and stepped on the pedal to see what trigger was assigned but the module said High Hat and was set on a cymbal on bank 3.
How could I make sure to set the pedal to FD7 and the HH pad to the appropriate pad?
Since it's not my module I don't want to do a factory reset unless absolutely necessary.
Many thanks in advance!
