  • Roland TD11 USB audio ( not midi )

I've been using a TD11 with SSD4 on a MacBook with no issues. I've recently been playing with just the samples from the TD11 and I'm liking some of them. I've never tried to record straight from the TD11.

Do I just plug the TD11 USB straight into the MacBook ? Do I need a driver?

I use Logic. I remember doing this with the L R audio cables but the sound was terrible.

Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated.

You need the same drivers for audio and/or midi. Just plugt the TD11 USB into the Macbook and turn on the Midi sounds within the TD11.
