Does anyone have the TD9 upgrade files?

I want to upgrade so I can have my 50 VEX kits as well as a few of my own. Anyone know where I can acquire the firmware files?

Have you called Roland to see if the can sell you the TD-9 version 2 upgrade? I bought it a few years ago and I think I have a copy but I don't know if that would violate Roland's ownership of the technology. It came on a flash drive but I don't know if that is still on it.

If the files were copied from the flash drive before the update was installed then you should be able to use them. Normally the files on the flash drive get deleted by the module after the update is installed. The legal way is to bring or send your module to a certified Roland shop where they might upgrade the module for you.

I did not copy the file before I upgraded my TD-9 module and the file is no longer on my flash drive.

Adding this info to my thread and the other thread about the TD9 V2 upgrade. I just got off of the phone with Roland. If you want the upgrade it is $50.00 including return shipping. The number to call is 323-890-3740x7710. The persion I spoke with confirmed that the pre-loaded flash drives are no longer available.
