Alesis SamplePad Pro with Vdrums Accessories?

Hi everybody , I have a question about the Alesis SamplePad Pro .

I'm pretty new in all this technology .

I own an old V drums set with a TD-10 brain module , which I'm not using because I don't have enough space at the studio . I was wondering if the Roland Snare, hihat and Kick pedal that comes with the Roland Kit will work with your unit using the back inputs or will only work with the Alesis brand .

i think it should work, SamplePad pro hihat control have switch that you can switch between variable and open/close modes. Snare/kick triggers should work too.

Is there a massive difference between the size of a TD10 module and a SamplePad? I think I know what you're aiming to do. Why not keep the TD10 module, and keep the snare, kick and HiHat plugged in to that. Then MIDI the SamplePad Pro into the TD10 module. I'm assuming you're trying to create a small footprint kit?

Hi , yes I'm trying to trigger my own samples mostly and create a small footprint kit , I wish I have space for the whole set but for now most of the parts will stay in storage .
