  • TD-30 cymbal hardware

i had bought my triggers used so I'm not sure what originally comes with the cymbals. I think I'm missing some of the hardware. i can't get my cymbals to stop spinning and went it gets to the roland side it doesn't trigger. I also am getting the bell sound on only the edge of the ride cymbal and not getting sound when i hit the actual bell part.

You need cym-10 cymbal parts to stop spinning.
I need to know which ride you have only cy13r and cy15r are true rides and require two cables, one goes to bell and one goes to bow. You have to hit the bell quite hard to make it sound off also.

its a cy13r and requires the two tables. I originally thought that the right had 3 triggers on it but i get a sound for the edge and it reads as "rim" and then the regular cymbal part reads "head", theres no sound at all for the bell. Pretty sure I've switched the cords around in the past and couldn't get a difference but ill try it again when i get home tho. thanks

          Silver piece yes.
Are you sure the pad type in the module is set for the 13r?
Edge is rim on a Tom and head is head on a Tom but I think if set to cymbal it's edge bow bell. Not at my module now or I would check it.
Also make sure the instrument in the module has a bell sound some do not.
          Good luck!
