Are the Simmons SD5K wiring harness compatible with Yamaha DTXplorer?

Hi! First of all, newbies here. We are in the process of purchasing a DTXplorer. However, the seller said that the Simmons wiring harness may not be compatible with the DTXplorer. Is this true? The Simmons wiring harness are all mono.

Simmons ones are mono, as the pads as mono. Will work on a Yamaha module as single zone pads.
ps. if you're going for an early DTX, DTXplorer is a cut-down DTXpress....

So the DTXpress should have been better than the DTXplorer? Agh! Son was in a hurry, we already ordered the DTXplorer. But had a deal with the seller and traded in the Simmon SD5K module, Simmons harness, kick pad, and pedal.
