After posting here and some research, also looking at Guitar Center options, I went with a Beato 13 X 5.5.... Ebay. Works perfect.

Given the Hart snare is a converted 13x4 snare drum, any snare drum bag that fits that size will work. With the absence of a strainer, you may even get it a nice and tight fit into a 12x4.

Beato bags. I just carried a 14x5 snare from Portland, OR to Johannesburg, South Africa (as carry on luggage) without a scratch. See http://shop.beatobags.com/category-s/43.htm -- I got one of the curdura ones. These are not hardshell, just gigging bags (as long as you don't stack too much on top). Highly recommended.
