Beato bags. I just carried a 14x5 snare from Portland, OR to Johannesburg, South Africa (as carry on luggage) without a scratch. See http://shop.beatobags.com/category-s/43.htm -- I got one of the curdura ones. These are not hardshell, just gigging bags (as long as you don't stack too much on top
). Highly recommended.

Given the Hart snare is a converted 13x4 snare drum, any snare drum bag that fits that size will work. With the absence of a strainer, you may even get it a nice and tight fit into a 12x4.Comment

After posting here and some research, also looking at Guitar Center options, I went with a Beato 13 X 5.5.... Ebay. Works perfect.
