roland td11 midi to mp3 program

Hello guys, I recently bought a Roland TD 11 kv with mesh heads and I'm very happy with it. I only got one problem: How do I record my drumming? I found out that I can do it via the quick record function since I don't have a midi cable. So now I got a midi file, but how can i make it sound good? I've tried some basic midi to mp3 converters, but they all messed up my sound. Is there any good program for converting these files in a good sounding mp3? best regards!
