    How to fix Hart Ecymbal choke ?

    Hi guys,
    does anyone know how to fix the choke-function on a Hart Ecymbal ride which has stopped working for some reason?
    I bought it "mint" condition from MusiciansFriend.com and it worked to begin with, then it was stored in a cold garage over the winter, perhaps this has damaged it?
    Any ideas?
