Wish I took some pics, but I didn't. However, I repaired my FD-8 quite successfully. I have a friend who works with foam and adhesives for his job and he cut me a few 4.5 inch circles of IV1 which is a blended neoprene foam rubber - 1/2 inch thickness. Then used 3M 9471 PSA adhesive on it. Works perfectly. I mean PERFECTLY. I would recommend these products if you need to replace the foam on your FD-8
