    Date formatting

    Hi. The option for correcting that date formatting seems to either be not working or missing.

    It should pick up a user's timezone from their profile and change the date formats appropriately, i.e. nice sensible DD-MM-YYYY dates for the whole planet (apart from pesky Americans)...
