Was AD never released in a 64-bit version/never supported 64-bit systems?

According to their site, they do mention 64-bit AAX. They don't say anything about AU or VST though.

I've run AD in Logic Pro X - no problem.
        1) In Logic: Track> New Software Instrument Track
        2) In the middle panel, between MIDI FX and Audio FX, there will be a software instrument. Click the down arrow on the right hand side and you'll get a list of all the Logic software instruments. right at the bottom, you'll see AU instruments. If you have mapped AD, XLN Audio should come up as an option. Choose Addictive Drums, Stereo and the AD home screen should come up.
I haven't had to do anything - it just worked out of the box - together with all my other VSTs.

My AD is 64 bit. Have you updated your AD?

AD has both 32bit and 64 bit versions - both should be available on the same license. You need to run the 32 bit on a 32 bit VST and a 64 bit on a 64 bit VST. - see here: http://www.xlnaudio.com/sysreqs
