How do I record my v-drums on FL Studio. I'm running Addictive Drums and I'm trying to record some stuff. I've had to create beats manually with the keyboard, but I don't get a "human" feel when I do it like that. I know I can tweak velocity for a more human touch, but that can get too time consuming. Any tips would be very helpful.

I use FL Studio, so perhaps delve a little more into the detail
Are you trying to hook up FL Studio with the V-Drums brain to trigger the addictive drums VST? I have used AD and mainly use EZDrummer (well did until I got my V-drums).
Tell us a little bit more about your setup. I am experimenting with FL Studio, MIDI and EZDrummer at the moment myself!TD9KX w/KD-120 kick, VH-11 HH, PD-125 snare, CY-8 crash, Gibralter double pedal

I'm running AD as a plugin with FL Studio. My v-drums are hooked up to my laptop thru a MIDI to USB cable and I'm running at all thru my stock sound card. I'm using the v-drums to trigger the samples in AD. But even though the v-drums aren't mapped to AD properly, they still trigger the samples. But for some reason I can't record the samples when I'm controlling them with the v-drums. And also...is there a way to record the sounds from the drum module into FL Studio?Where am I?

I'm an FL specialist...
is there a way to record the sounds from the drum module into FL Studio?
Not sure why you can't record samples if you can hear them triggering... Are you enabling recording in the transport bar at top??On YouTube: Playing Drum'n'Bass live with TD12 and SPD-S: Gig in Budapest

Yeah...I have "Fruity Edition". I knew I shoulda got the "Producer Edition". But I do have the M-Audio interface. It's a 1x1 MIDI to USB cable. Producer Edition is only needed to record external audio, right? I use the record button on the upper middle part of the screen. Do I need to enable a "record function" in the MIDI menu or something? I'm a noob to FL Studio, and production software all together...I apologize for all the basic questions.Where am I?
