    Which pack for hard rock, metal

    Strike, or maybe one of the TD-20 acoustic or studio packs? Don't really have a need for classic/vintage kits at this time so I'm looking for modern sounding kits with deep punchy kicks and toms.

    update:
    purchased Strike, very happy with several of these kits, Nice acoustic sounds.

      I haven't decided on a favorite kit yet. I don't use any particular stock kit, it's usually a combination of kick/snare/toms and cymbals from several kits.

      The ones I tend to work with most are

      22 designerLITE
      47 Sonar Phonic
      41 DW collector
