Hello fellow drummers. What pack would you recommend for my first VEX pack purchase? I've read mixed opinions but the everyone seems to point forward to either Naturals, Master 50 or Acoustics.. Some help please!

Depends on what you play and what you want to use them for. I use Metal Mania exclusively.
TD9+6v with Diamond Electronic pads, and cowbell.
    ATH-50m headphones, VEX packs
not to mention keyboards, guitars, basses, and cats

Well, mostly light rock. Also some jazz.

I'm a huge fan of the Master 50, just to hear what other sounds pro drummers use. Even if you use bits and pieces from many kits to assemble your own kit, it really gives insight into how others tune and muffle their drums. The v2 upgrade to the TD-9 is the best upgrade anyone can do for a TD-9 but after that, loving the Master 50!
