Help with downloading kits??

Hello all.

I'm somewhat a technical dunce. I have the Roland TD-10 kit and would like to start getting into downloading kits and sharing ones I've made. Can anyone help get me started? I'm guessing I have to download a program, and then would I would need a ubs/midi cable and a flash card?

I have very little idea of the procedure. If anyone could help, that would great. Thanks all.

you need vkittrans and a midi device (edirol).
