TD9 Expansion: The TOOLBOX Now Available!

Ok, I think i replicated what i did, and Eric was right: I saved a file, and changed the name from the save function on the module...so the file name remains Backup, but it appears on the module screen as SakusKits...and in Windows it is stil Backup, i confused myself with stray worthless files...but still, getting the tag changed on the module screen still good!

Okay, that makes sense. I couldn't duplicate the earlier reported phenomenon, either.

Here is another bit of info that might help you piece together what happened. When you save a backup with VDrumLib, the file name is also saved inside the backup as the "display name" -- the display name is the name that will be shown on the TD-9 LCD. When you rename that file in windows to "backupxx.td9", windows doesn't know about the internal "display name" so it doesn't change the "display name".

I am still going through the pack...of the first 7 kits, 6 are superb! I cant make a selection...among other things, I much prefer the rides...though I wish for a clearer hihat...

just finished playing kit 13...what can i say...i play one kit a day, unless it is really awful...so at the rate, it will be next year before I am through, my friend...


but I like it a lot...and will have a tough time combing the two vex packs...though i have to admit, quite a few of the kicks I dont like, but really like the kicks of some of the kits i dont like...so I will be picking and matching and tweaking!

All this keeps me off the street and out of trouble!

Saku, you are in for a treat. Some of my favorite kits are the ones that are higher up in number in this expansion.

Ok thanks Colq i will prob get it,only problem is that i don;t have a td-9 module

but i am sure it must be well done,every single vex pack i have bought is superb !!
