The AUX crash trigger on my TD-11 is just producing clicks when I hit the drum pad, unless I hit the pad extra hard. If I switch out the drum pad for another one, the same thing happens. Any ideas?

All kits or just one?
Have you tried a different cable?
Make sure the cable is pushed all the way in at both ends.
