Hi all!
I've had my v-drums for quite a while now and I've never had problems with crosstalk, but I set up my kit yesterday and noticed that my pd100s and a PD5 were triggering when I hit my crash cymbals. I have 2 crashs mounted on either side of my pd100s with a pd5 in between the pd100s. Anyway, I read in the manual (Expanded pd10) , about going to the
setup, trigger?, advanced and make the change there. (I'm typing this from memory, so it might not be exactly correct). I left all the drums set to "padmount" and tried to lower the number for the option about that, "crosstalk something...." and that seemed to take care of the pd100s, but the pd5 still triggers. I think I've lowered the pd5 to about 30. Forgive my ignorance....even tho I've been playing them for a while now I'm still kind of ignorant with the whole technical side of the kit. If you could give me any insight as to how to determine what kind of change to make, I'd really appreciate it! Thanks again!
Chris
btw, I'm using the mount normally used for the hihat for the pd5.
