ddrum xlr trigger use with td-8,10

i just bought an ddrum xlr kick drum trigger and it is not responding with my td-8. do these triggers work with roland sound modules or is there something else wrong?

I think your cable isn't wired like it should be when connected to a ddrum trigger and drum module.

Get a ¼ to ¼ cable.
