  • TD20 Pad dynamics

I use a pd8r on my td20 for rim clicks and for some reason the pad now only triggers at a constant loud rate as if the dynamics have been turned off. All the other pads/patches with this pad i use are fine. Can anyone point me to the correct menus where I can see if the settings are messed up??
    Thanks

Try changing the trigger type for that pad to something else and then to PD80R, which will reset trigger settings for it to defaults.

I managed to overlook the obvious problem that somehow the minimal volume setting had been moved to 10! Dunno how that happened though!! I also found that the kit im using has had the the pd 80r pad for rim click usage, set to a CY 14? cymbal setting, but I can see why as for this purpose it seems to work much better than having it set on the correct pd80r!
