I know there are a lot of different posts and thread on this topic
I'm posting a new thread because I remember someone (I can't find the thread and post now) wanted to know how to make the riser with only ONE sheet of plywood.
I used a
- 6'x38" 1/2" sheet of plywood
- About 16 tennis balls
- 5/16" x 3/4" Long Hex Bolt
- 5/16" T-Nut's
- 5/16" x 1.5" Fender Washers (one inside the ball and one between the ball and the plywood)
-Still need to add padding
-Still need to add carpet
-Works great!!! The tennis balls have just thr right amount of give to them now that they aren't sealed....
