Dbl Kick Pedal on KD-120RD

Just wanted to know if anyone has had any experience using a Double Kick Pedal on the one KD-120 kick pad? Is this possible. I am looking at getting a V-Session kit and want to know if this is possible, or would I need to get another KD-120 pad?

yes, a double kick pedal works on a KD120.

It works, but I don't like the idea of two beaters heavily kickin' on a 12 inch mesh head. Anyone had problems with this?

That's what I am worried about... Anyone currently using just the one pad with a double kick?

No problems whatsoever, and I have a very heavy foot.

Been doin' it for almost two years with absolutely no problem. Use the rubber beaters though. The mesh head chews up the felt ones pretty fast.
