  • Question about assigning a new cymbal to TD20

    Hi guys
A bit of a newbie here - but I have a TD20 and have got an extra Cy12C to put into one of the AUX slots. When I do so, they cymbal doesn't seem to fully work. For example, it doesn't choke. Is there something I need to set up to make it so? I tried going through the settings and changing the pad to a CY-12 but still nothing.
    Any help would be appreciated

Are you using a TRS cable ? It also could be that the AUX slot is not set up for stereo, I don't recall offhand.

You need to assign the correct Cymbal pad type in the Trigger Bank.

Thanks for your help guys - I have done that but still am unable to choke either my cy8 or my CY12.
Not entirely sure what to do next.

The Table shows that Choking on bith types are supported on the AUX Inputs.

Are you getting the correct Edge triggering?
