  • MIMIC Pro – FD-8 HiHat Controller

    Hi to all MIMIC Users!!
I'm thinking about buying a MIMIC Pro and wanted to know how good the FD-8 Pedal form ROLAND works with the Mimic.
Any experience out here that could help me????

    Thanks in advance!!!!

i had used with FD-7 and it worked fine. FD-7 controller with CY5/CY8/CY12/CY13/ or even Yamaha PCY135/155.

gigging, you will need direct box with module, mimic use line out, especially for phantom power damage to avoid on electronic device.

Thanks for your advice, but I'm setup very well. Here is a photo that shows my Rig.

At the Moment you see a TD-30 that is connected via the single Directoutchannels to a Behringer XR-18air.
The XR is connected to a WLAN Router that gives the FOH the possibility to manag all Directouts with a Tablet and the Controlling App.
The XR18 is connected to a Multicorecable which sends the Stereo Out from the TD-30 to FOH and on the way back i get 4 Monitorchannels (Klick, Instrument, Vocals, Talkback) into the XR18.
With a PM-16 I can mix all my Channels to fit perfect for me, without bothering of the FOH.
              Works perfect for me
