    Quick question.

    I have a KD-5 kick trigger. I want to chain something in to use as a 2nd kick pedal. If I put a DP-2 footswitch in the KD-5's chain input, will I be able to use the footswitch as the left-foot pedal? Thanks.

    What is a DP-2? Is it a piezo based trigger? If so, it will work.

      DP2 is a simple footswitch - like a keyboard sustain pedal.

        You can probably use it for a hi-hat pedal. I don't think it will trigger like a pad.

          Yes that is the same pedal I got with my DrumKat DK-10. I replaced it with a FP-10 that is a bigger pedal.
