Help!!!!! Just bought my new td 30 and I,m still having issues with tom 2 and tom 3. Both drums are triggering the rim when I hit the head. Tried different cables no luck. The pads are pd 108 and I set the triggers to pd 108 in the settings. starting to think both pads are dead.Also went into settings with the rim sensitivity and cross talk . Frustrated any help u guys can give me will be greatly appreciated... thanks Donny

I had a similar problem and they could not figure out if it was the pad, the cables, or the module. I ended up replacing the whole kit. Sweetwater took care of everything. I would discuss this with the company who sold you the kit. There is a recent post where someone else has this problem as well. The first advice is to tighten the heads as recommended in the manual.Equipment: TD-30KV, DW9000 hardware, ROC-N-SOC Throne, Behringer ULTRATONE K3000FX Amp, JBL EON 615 Powered Speaker, Yamaha MG06X. 1965 Ludwig Super Classic.
