  • 24" Bass Drum Head

If I convert a 24" bass drum (and that is still a big if) does anyone have a suggestion of what I could use for the batter head. Unfortunately, Hart only goes to 22". Has anyone used a regular head and muffled it?

Basically I have my heart set on making a Gene Krupa electronic kit.

Thanks WW - that is great. They have both the 24" and the 18" I am going to need. I am one step closer to world domination! Heh.

I wish they were white, but that won't stop me!

You can always make a DIY head. Should cost you $15 or less for the Solar Screen mesh, then just cannibalize an existing mylar head, hoop, or make a hoop with copper tubing.

          Michael,

Don't order off the site. I did last time and "Lorrie" at Pintech called me at home with a better deal. They even sent me some discount coupons (which I redeemed on the next order). It pays to talk person to person with her, especially if your looking at several items from Pintech. WW
