  • Repairing scratches in PD-120 shells

I recently purchased a used Roland V-Session kit and the drums have the white exterior wrap. I love the drums but the shells have some surface scratches that I would like to be able to repair.

Has anyone attempted this type of repair? and, if so, what type of materials work best (i.e. epoxy, white appliance touch-up paint, etc.)?

    Murph,

    Welcome to the forum!

I would recommend against the appliance touch-up in the little bottles. It yellows with age. Perhaps you should just re-do the wraps with something a little more exiting than white. A search for "Drum Wraps" here and on Google should give you some decent options.

      Thanks

for welcome message and the advice. I'll look at some other wrap options.
