  • Miniature mesh heads?

I have a diy hand edrum interest. I tried out a regular mesh head setup in a store with my fingers and it seemed way better than the piezo's I've been using. Much more dynamics. Is there anything like a 3 to 4 inch mesh head? Thanks

You'd probably have to DIY it. Lots of people have successfully made mesh heads out of fiberglass window screen..

I guess the trigger system and how they were put in had lots to do with what was good on that set in the store. I think it was also Rolands main edrum module. I know it's likely covered elsewhere on this forum but while on this specific subject could someone tell how the triggers are put in those mesh heads and what they are. Is it possible to diy anything like what I saw in the store? Thanks
