I have some mismatched pads I want to match up. Any hints or tips?

Try Bumwraps. They're good, cheap and will get back to you. Tell 'em digitalDrummer sent you. There's an easy online ordering system.

You can remove everything except the rubber on the bottom. I did one with regular wrap and it was relatively simple. It'll be even easier with bumwraps as you can go over the existing wrap if you don't want to take that off.
