Roland users, how does the edge switch of your DIY cymbal looks like?

Hey guys,

I'm searching for the best solution to use as the edge/choke switch for my DIY cymbals.
I saw many great buildups, one of which is based on a touch strip, but i'm not sure if it is suitable for the Roland module.

So, what do you use as edge/choke switch?
