They get good reviews for CS. They monitor the PDF and usually pop in to help.

The First Aid section is now located on the Contact Us page of the Support section of our website. The Pearl Staff are ready to answer your questions!

For some reason I'm waiting more than a month for the admins to approve me.
I wrote them on the contact me form, but no answer.
I guess I'll send an old fashion latter with the post office...

Yes, I remember that. It took several months for me to get approved. Not sure why the site is so slow.

I joined there a few months ago, and was also bothered by the long approval process. After about a week since registering, I sent an email EVERY day. The first few sounded like, "It has been 8 days since I registered, and I was wondering if there is a problem...etc."

Then I decided to get fun with it.
"Day 11 in my quest to be accepted on the Pearl forum. I am currently standing on my head in anticipation. What else should I do?"
          or
"Day 12 - The saga continues in my crusade to be accepted. Do you need references?"

I think by the 13th or 14th day I was able to get on. Pretty silly if you ask me.

Its about a year or so. I don't have the receipt. I baught it with store credit I had in Guitar Center.
Its the s70w, Its also first time something happened to my Pearl Equipment, I had their stands, clamps and pedals before.
The plastic screw that holds the basket broke (that's the only plastic part) and the screw that control the height of the snare is jammed.

Not a big Pearl fan here...but their hardware used to be fairly solid. I'd suggest crusing by the GC you bought it from and see if they'll just help you out.

If you play your cards right you might get a new stand out of it and not have to screw around with the website anymore.
